Architectural Design
We value transparency and have fixed fees for all our projects which we define at the start of the project once we discuss your full brief. We charge by project area and level of detail/project stages and you can select in which stages you want our involvement. On the majority of our projects we are appointed for the 4 packages below as our clients value our input throughout and this provides them with the best quality finish and cost certainty as well as build cost savings. With everything detailed and specified you can get comparable quotes from various contractors and avoid being charged extras by your builder.
Home Extensions
We have standardised our fees for single storey extensions with up to 30m² additional space (e.g ground floor only, loft only) and fees are fixed to the values below. Extensions across 2 floors up to 70m² total (ground+first floor, ground + loft) or 3 floors up to 100m² total (ground + first floor + loft) are charged at 1.5x and 2x of the values below respectively. We are working on a calculator which we will make available on the website for any project size, in the mean time, if your project is larger, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

Home Refurbishment (no extension)
We have standardised our fees for internal refurbishment projects of either houses or flats where the total area of all rooms to be transformed is up to 50m². Please contact us for a bespoke quote if your project is for a full house refurbishment or the total area of the rooms involved is larger than this. Refurbishment projects may or may not have planning or building regulations actions, this is already accounted for in the pricing.

Interior Design
We have standardised our fees for interior design projects where the total area the room to be transformed is up to 20m². Our price is per room, kitchen/living/dining spaces count as 3 rooms. Please contact us for a bespoke quote if your project is for a full house interior design or the total area of each room involved is larger than this. If you already appointed us for Detailed Drawings & Finishing Touches package, the Interior Design Package for the same project will have a 50% discount.

Interior Furnish Package

We source all FF&E items (beds, tables, sofas, rugs, artwork)

✓Home/Room reveal day (you go out for the day while we furnish and style your space then we welcome you back for the big reveal)
✓Available as an additional package only if we are already appointed for interior design package 1 or 2 AND 3.
